The topic basically says it all. Many 6000 and 7000 series cards are tested, but of the 8000 series, only the 8800 cards are tested. Some of us (myself included) don't quite have the cash for the 8800's and would like to see how well the 8600's perform.
They are reletively new and ATi's HD2600 is on roll-out right now, and the DO need to be added right away. Unless theres something about value/performance we DON'T need to know, eh. Like it might hurt someone's wallet?

------------------------------Vista=W98se...LOL just say no to scripts, and ActiveX controls at the right time. You guess when.
The iPhone's battery is soldered into place. Thats OK if you drop it, it won't fall out. How much will it cost to swap?

Yeh id think that toms might update it with the 2X00 series and the 8XXX series when they get around to finishing that review for the 2600's and 2400's...well i hope so
Yup, I hope so too. I know the high ender will never be happy with anything less than an 8800 series, but some of us - actually most of us - have to shop within a budget.
I guess they didnt have time to add the card on the chart since they were working on the new website.
DO spend time on the things that count and make this website what it is supposed to do. We are all coming to this website fior the reviews and tests and not to look at pretty things.
I have noticed that the past few months they are delayed on their reviews especially on the ATI HD series and while they have the comparisons they are not added to the charts.
Unfortunately you will have to work it out yourself like I did
The comparisons charts are broken anyway. I have to add all products and then remove the irrelevant ones because the drop down menu drops so far down it is off the screen and the browser window doesn't resize itself.
I agree that the 8600 cards should be on the chart. They've been out for long enough now, so they should be there.
