i need help overclocking

i have the 3800+ amd 64 HTT Socket AM2
i have the GIGABYTE GA-M55plus-S3G(Rev 1.x)
i have the CORSAIR DDR2 1024 mb 677
i have the CORSAIR DDR2 512 mb 677
i have the ZALMAN ASPC9500AM2
i have the 70gb HD IDE
i have the INVIDIA GEFORCE 6800 GT 256
i have the MASTER COOLER CASE with front air filters 2 CASE fan
i have the Old CRT 19 INCHER
i tryed once to over cloce and the damn speaker started soudind like it was srging uhmmm yeah i dont think so i tryed to mess with the easy tuner5 thing i dont even think that thing works

from my experienc a soundcard in a slot right next to the videocard will give you feedback. that is if you are using one.
