Look at the Seagate 7200.10 hard drives instead. Fastest (non-Raptor) SATA drives on the market right now. Quiet too.

Its a good looking list and will run Vista well.
Based on the latest info available I don't think that motherboard will take the Kentsfield C2Q quad cpu as a future upgrade. http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2848
That may or may not be important to you depending on how you handle future upgrade plans.

It caught my eye as I noticed your ATI Crossfire video card in that SLI motherboard.
What resolution do you game at? Less than 1600x1200? If so you can consider the 1900XT 256MB and bank a few bucks for a future DX10 card upgrade.

In addition to shadowduck's recommendation, I'll add that you should look at either a Sapphire Radeon X1900XT, or if you're interested in DirectX 10, get an eVGA Geforce 7600GT for now, so you have money to upgrade to a high end card once the DX 10's arrive.
