depends on if your overclocking also, it wont reach as high fsbs as the 965p and 975x boards. ALTHOUGH T DOES HAVE SLI, then again if you bought an inel board you could like hack th drivers etc change from xfire to sli. 8)

to bad i am not that smart lol ........nah but like i am looking to overclock my core 2 a lot because it is capable of overclocking very high......with water cooling anything is possible....

but can someone suggest some good boards

Depending upon your budget, they can range from $100-$300. Most 965 boards will do, and you can always look at the 975BX. Just look around at some reviews of each board you consider before you buy it

that is not true, perhaps with the pentium 4 yes, but with core 2 duo you will reach a FSB wall very quickly (especially with the e6300+e6400). Therefore the mothrboard will be restricting your overclock, ram also makes a difference in how high an overclock you can achieve with C2D.

have a look at the gigabyte ds3 or gigabyte ds4 (not available in america) and the 965p asus model. (all 965p, none support sli, unless you hack the drivers)... :)
