If you want the older version it's integrated into the DNA drivers, so if all else fails there's that.

A few sites used to carry the link to the original but of course ATi pulled it.

I'm sure it's hosted elsewhere out there if you look (Guru3D doesn't have it unfortunately, and they would be my default search starting point), just not in need myself, so haven't bothered looking.
