No flaming man. Everyone is different, including 26 six year olds. Ive known 19 years olds who were responsible enough to be trusted operating mulit-million dollar pieces of equipment, and Ive known 40 years olds in the same postion who shouldnt have been allowed to operate tricycles. Money, who you know, who your parents know, chance, environment...whatever. Everyone is different, and has a different level of personal responsibility, regardless of age.
