You can run fans off of a power supply molex connector if you want. I'd recommend using a front panel fan controller like one of these. and then you can put fans in any and all case openings. You might want to think about airflow - for example, many people make the front fans intakes and the back and top fans exhaust.

yeah... the motherboard itself has 3 seperate 3-pin fan connectors on it... one for the cpu, one for the chipset fan, and 1 for a case fan

well thanx for the tip but I cant afford such frontpanale controller. I would go for either adapter from the powersuply or an adapter from the lonely only case connector to put more two fans or more

so Can I controll the two fans if they are connected to ONE single case cooling connector on the motherboard

well, assuming you can find an adapter that will connect like that... like, a 3-pin female to 2*3-pin female adapter, or something like that... ...theres no reason i can think of why their rpms couldnt all be controlled by the same motherboard connection, unless, the fans your using dont also come with the yellow power connection... which allows the fans rpms to be controlled (as far as im aware anyhow).

Another option is to get a low cost controller like th e Zalman Fanmate and use the mobo fan power for one fan and the Fanmate for the other.
