and already have his 1900xt.I can only choose from G.SKILL F2-5400PHU2-2GBLA,and thisPatriot Signature Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Channel Kit cl 5.so G.SKILL or PATRIOT?what is the best for medium oc?tanks

I would go for the G.Skill because it has lower timings and is only a few dollars more. Also the G.Skill comes with heatspreaders which will keep your ram cooler.
