Hi All,

Please give some feedback on the Samsung 17 inch and 19 inch LCD monitors and ViewSonic LCD monitors of same dimensions. How good would be the ViewSonic 19 inch WideScreen LCD model 1912wb ?

All I can tell you is I have a Samsung 930b, two actualy, and absolutely love them. Great monitors and they go on sale at Best Buy fairly often for a decent price.

Thanks All, for ur feedback...however, the model options that I am having in mind are:
The ViewSonic 19" WS model
SyncMaster 920N, SyncMaster 940B and SyncMaster 740B.

Can anyone compare these range of products; and if possible other models having same price tags?

No the guy is writing from his black berry in India 8O

I own a viewsonic 19" vp902b LCD. When I demo'd the Samsung 19" I was not as happy with the picture depth. I found the colors not true but then it is all in the eye.

I have the 19" Viewsonic vx924 with a 3ms response time. I paid about $550 for it about a year ago, it's much cheaper now. I have to say that I have yet to see a more beautiful LCD monitor as far as picture goes, the colors, everything is just flawless. The vx922 boasts a 2ms response time, and is currently only $254. The lighting is even, and the contrast ratio is fan-freakin-tastic. I guarentee that you would love it.

I do however recommend purchasing a monitor at your local store (best buy, circuit city, comp usa, Fry's, or w/e is in india) because shipping alone will kill probly almost all the pixels since your so far away.

Oh and Viewsonic > Samsung straight up, my opinion.
