My network neighborhood icon is missing, and I have network components and protocols installed.
Also, when i turn on my computer i get a message that a required dll file, msnp32.dll, is missing. It also says that some or all features of Microsoft Network may not be available.
I tried installing the file from my win98 CD, but I still get the message. If anyone has an idea, please help me, I can't use direct cable connection without network neighborhood.

If you have TweakUI, go to the desktop tab and check Network Neighborhood. Go into Control Panel to find TUI. The icon will appear your next boot up.

As for your missing dll, go to www.drd.dyndns.org and download your missing file.
