I have this board and I love it. You can go to gigabyte's website and get a compatibility list. If you're into overclocking, my board with stock cooling can run at around 312FSB with stock cooling. With those CPU's it will let you overclock to just over 4Ghz if it the CPU can handle it.

I have this board.
Raven, you have some tips on how I can improve my RAM performance? Im running the XMS2 800 2x1GB EPP sticks. Default is 5-5-5-18. Im kinda new to messing with this stuff, but I know this board allows you to tinker with this in BIOS.
Great board. Installed everything without a hitch. Stays pretty cool.

While in the BIOS press ctrl+F1. This will open up another advanced features section that allows you to tweak RAM performance. I hope this helps, I'm off to work.
