Windows XP under Internet Options.. Security..unsigned ActiveX controls will
not be downloaded..Will this stop me from downloading files from my e-mail?If
so where do i find the controls? TIA

No, it shouldn't, unless you're receiving HTML e-mails with embedded ActiveX controls.
