multiple internet windows opening on start up

I'm getting anywhere from 4-10 internet windows opening on startup. I've got
3 different adware programs, Norton virus program, and a registry cleaner.
Any ideas on getting rid of these windows? Some have an numerical address in
the location bar but no content. Please help!

Could you please post a couple of the IP Addresses that you see in the IE
windows on startup?

Have you tried all thses programs:

Spy Sweeper - www.webroot.com
