What to do when window 7 firewall has disabled

Hello,
im having a problem with my laptop. my firewall protection has disabled and someone is hijacking my pc. jus wana know what to do.

Go to start,in the search box type windows and it will show show you the firewall,click it and then go in and turn it on!

Hi Brence,

I am Aniesh from Social Media And Community at Dell.

You may enable the Windows Firewall Service in Services.msc by navigating to 'Properties' & also please set it to 'Automatic'.

If that does not work please run 'CMD" prompt in Administrator mode & then execute the following command.
SFC /SCAN NOW which will fix issues with Windows if any, post which you may try to enable the 'WIndows Firewall' service again.
