Windows 7: where do I enter my IP address, DNS and subnet settings for a LAN?

Hi,

I have to connect a Windows 7 computer to a Ethernet LAN. (no DHCP!)

I know how to do this on XP but am baffled by with Windows 7's new structure.
Where exactly do I go to enter the assigned IP address, DNS and subnet mask>
Is there a nice step-by-step guide with pics - or is it too simple for that!
