Webcam for Notebook

Do any of you have a suggestion for a webcam that grips on the notebook lid?
Usually the webcams made for notebooks don't rotate. I have already looked the logitech and creative for notebook. The only model that rotates is a very bad quality camera.

I was considering getting a desktop cam that sits on top of the monitor, but it really just sits there, it's not a tight grip to the lid. I usually have the notebook on my lap and I move arround.

Do you have any suggestions?

Well, I have looked at various stores and online. The ones that I found that rotate are very bad quality, older models, that don't work well under low light.

the new ones and with good quality usually dont' rotate, some don't even tilt. Strange....
