Hi everybody, i want to custom build a top 120mm fan on my steel tower case. I wonder what is the best tool and the best technique to do so.

For your information, I already own a dremel tool.

The dremel is the most easily used in cutting holes for the pc. It's not hard really just make a circle as big as the fan blades width, then dremel the holes for the screws that's it. I've done it with the plastic panel and with metal that is much easier. Then you install the fan bottomside and install a filter or grill on top to make it nice a purty.

You can use a CD for the template. Just trace the CD, & when you use the dremel, just make sure you cut on the outside of the circle & not the inside.

This is what I have done on 2 of my cases & worked out well.
