Please give ur expert advices on the following:

If I use a micro-ATX MoBo with onboard graphics...like the P5B-VM in an ATX cabinet for a C2D E6300, would there be any problem?

No problem. Most ATX cases have the stand-offs for mATX motherboards. The only difference is that you only get 2 PCI slots vs 3 or 4. GL
