NFSU2 too easy

I found NFSU to be really challenging, almost getting stuck on some races.
NFSU2 however, seems too easy, with most races being won 1st time out unless
I have a major crash or 2 along the way.

I'm not too deep into it yet but I hope it gets tougher. Does it?

Graphically it's amazing though, I enjoy the cross-town rides which give a
chance to check out the stunning scenery.

I have found the same, it is a lot easier than the first one, except the
downhill drifting!

I have recently been playing Flatout, that is is a game which is loads of
fun, the races in that can be very challenging.

I'm using a Miata (sp?) with L1 engine upgrades, and a L1 susp, I'm getting
130,000 easy, just leaving it in 1st, and sawing the wheel back and forth...
Drags annoy me...

You have GOT to be kidding. Everybody was looking for a game like this. If
you want it to be more dificult, try setting the difficulty settings to
HARD. That should give you a challenge. Not even the trick of continually
driving back and forth in drift mode will help. And as for having to wait
for parts to become available or winning money. I like it a whole lot
better than NFSU.

Is on hard....... at no time have I felt the fealing of despair that I got
in NFSU, that I might actually not get past certain races to finish the
game. Having thus said, level/phase 3 thamkfully has some more challenging
moments. Enjoying it much more with a pocket-money trainer.
