Good Joystick for lefties

Hi I'm a lefthanded person who wants to buy a good Joystick but I've noticed that mostly all the current joystics are only suitable for righthanded people

Which joysticks are good for lefthand usage ??
it doesnt have to be a Joystick specially made for Lefthanded people , but a good joystick which comfortly allows lefhand usage will also do

Thanx for the input .. looks great that joystick
now I only got to find a store in Belgium or Holland where I can buy it
it appears that Saitek can only be bought in the USA
