Can someone tell me where I can get hold of the user guide (pdf) and
drivers that will work in XP?
I have tried the NT drivers without success

I had the same issue with a Scanjet 5200 - no XP drivers or HP Precision
scan software, so I installed the drivers and software for the next
availiable scanner in the range and have had no probs. Search on HP's
website, there are instructions on what to do.
