I have two hard drives in my computer, one of them is C, and the other is F. I would like to make the F, D instead is there a procedure to doing this?

That is (in more words):

Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management ->Storage->Disk Management

Right click the partition you want, and change the drive letter.

Warning: if you installed something on that drive, you may have to reinstall it because of the drive letter change. Also, shortcuts that point to that drive will not work afterwards.

If you re-letter you OS partition Windows will not longer function properly. The same may be true of any partition to which you installed software.
