error 0xc000012d?

when ever i play specifcallly day of defeat i get error 0xc000012d i think it is because i dont have enough ram or something but does anyone have any ideas.. ty for any ideas

opty 165 @ 278* 9 (i thought was stabel but maybe not anymore)
ocz 1 gig 2 moduels
asus a8n5x
artic freexer 64

run memtest and see if you get errors. If you do, try lowering the clock a bit and see if it goes away. Otherwise, you may need to try your RAM one stick at a time and see if thats your problem.
