I'm looking at puting a Sonicwall SOHO3 firewall in my home wireless network. My wife uses VPN (w/RSA SecurID) to access her work's network, would my firewall need to have the VPN license, or can I get by with a regular one?

TIA

You would want something that would allow IPSec Passthrough, which is the security VPN uses. It may be referred to as other things within the firewall, may even be called Allow VPN.

You might want to have her check with her company's IT department on what firewalls they recommend or routers.

As far as a license, no. There is no reason you would need a license for your setup.
