cpu+ram usages, how to 50% 50%

for 1gb of ram,when in precess some time cpu usages is 100% but ram usages only 20%, 80% free ram??

instead of that how to make 50% cpu usages, 50% ram usages???

You can't. CPU usage has nothing to do with RAM usage.

The CPU can be working on 100% with a small application (that means little RAM usage for that application).

Also, you can run a program that uses a lot of RAM, but that is not CPU intensive.
