I'm wondering if I should use the new sticks (if I get them) or keep my old ones. The only differences I see are the LEDs and different heatsinks.

Yeah, they might cancel it, but its a damn nice price if you are able to get it. 5-5-5-12 is still a bit high, but the LED's balance it out nicely.

The pro series are neither of those. The first one is the one with EPP designed to work with nVidia boards for max memory performance, yadda yadda yadda. The second one is non-EPP, thus cheaper.
