didnt know where to post this
i cant login with IE getting error saying
Error: Your browser cookies are not active. This is usually due to:
i can login with mozilla just fine and on my old pc
i have changed it to except all cookies that didnt work either
anyone know how fix this thanks

You have probably allready blocked a cookie or site needed to Login. What you need to do is go to extra->internet options->privacy, on that page is a tab called "websites". Open this and scroll to the site you need to login to, rightclick and remove. The next time you go to the site, cookies will be accepted again and you should be able to login. I have a dutch windows version but i believe i've translated the options you need to go to well enough to understand. If this doesn't fix it I'm stumped!
