Is this the only difference?

Im looking at two corsair 2x1gb variations.
They are both 4-4-4-12 sticks, however they vary £40 in price.
The first is the TWIN2X2048-6400C4PRO. The second is TWIN2X2048-6400C4. The only difference i can tell is that the pro has fancy heatsinks and an led activity indicator. Is this the only difference?

Yep looks like those 2 cent LEDs make it 40 pounds more.

Probably theyre better spreaders too, giving you a very few more Mhz in OCing.

But dont get Corsair, practically all their products are overpriced. Research on other DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings and youll see many of them overclock farther than Corsair.
