A recent pc mag article said that "a coming(next year?) tv tuner card will make all current cards obsolete..."Does anybody know anything about this?

Are they talking about the new Windows Vista compatible cards that will allow you to recieve HD cable and satellite as well as Over The Air HD signals? They are supposed to only run under Vista but compensate for fuzzy signals and still give a crystal clear image. That's the only thing I have heard of lately.
