I am having trouble installing the Travelscan 454 Scanner.
I have a Travelscan 464 page scanner that I am trying to install on my Win
2K system. It is an USB page scanner. I have hooked the scanner to a working
USB port. I have the factory CD that came with the scanner. When I try to
install the scanner the system will appear to scan the CD. I can see it
searching the various files. The final result is that it states that no
driver was found. I know it is there because I can install it on my Win ME
system.
Can anyone offer any suggestions how to get the system to recognize the
driver on the CD? It appears to read right over the driver.

I realize that the drivers are different. I guess what I meant to say was
that the scanner worked. The CD is the one that came with the scanner which
is W2K compliant and is supposed to contain the 2K drivers. As I previously
stated, I can see it running through the files on the CD, but for some
reason it is not picking up the proper files for it to run. ?????????
Thanks.
