I have a Canon D2400UF which I used to use for film scanning. Today I was
attempting to scan some very underdeveloped negatives which required
considerable level adjustment in PS7. Adjusting the levels caused a
considerable amount of dust and minute hairs previously hard to see to
become very intrusive, and none of these hairs or dust are visible on the
negs or the surface of the scanner. However, there appears to be some on the
underside of the glass. Is it possible to manually clean this, or am I going
to have to get the scanner serviced?

Thanks in advance,
