Can I upgrade to windows 8 from windows 7 OEM?

I would like to upgrade to windows 8 from windows 7 oem. Does anyone know if this is possible? Can I get that upgrade for $60?

if you can go online, look for the windows 8 upgrade site and run the upgrade advisor... if you have a valid version, it will offer you a chance to upgrade online for $40. I did it and it worked well. (backup everything first)
