If you can swing another 20 bucks, I'd go with the ASUS A8N-E.

Great OC'ing mobo for that A64 3700+ San Diego core that you are getting.

I can deal with the extra $20 just not in to oc just want reliability. I'm making the jump to pci-E with this setup.

I would either get the ABIT Nforce 4 Ultra or ASUS Nforce 4 Ultra boards depending on which one has the features you want the most or if it comes down to cost, get the ABIT.

how bad is the chipset fan? should I order a better one or wait and see if it goes out on me.
