Office 2007 and Windows 7

Considering buying a new computer with Windows 7, but wondering if I'll be able to install my "Upgrade" version of Office 2007 Professional, which requires I first install Office 2000, and 2003 (at least I believe that's what it requires). Is this possible, and will there be a difference if it's 32 bit or 64 bit? Tx ...

I have Office 2000 installed on six of my Windows 7 64 systems.

Badge, thanks very much. It turns out I didn't actually have to install the previous version(s), I just had to put the CD in so it could verify the previous version. I successfully installed Office 2007 Upgrade on the new Win7 computer. It's good to know, however, that Office 2000 will run on Win7 64, thanks!
