Nvidia Gforce 6600GT

and i have 1Gb Kingston Value Ram 256/256/512/0

Corsair ValueSelect, I have used them and there pretty good for the price. Get 2x1Gb for better gaming.

Go for that.

Sorry, but Corsair's Value Select is at the bottom of the barrel for value lines. They just contract it out to the cheapest bidder, so the actual modules/chips you get vary all the time. Check out the Corsair support boards for the RMA issues they get with those.
Kingston, on the other hand, has a value line much more in keeping with their brand reputation.
