Hi, my OS is WindowsXP; I can successfully connect to my DSL, but
my browser just displays Page Cannot Be Displayed.

I tried to configure my internet again, but the option, Connect using a Broadband connection that requires a username and password, was unavailable:

Server can not be found is usually related to a DNS server not found.

Double click on your port connections and get conection info/status. If no DNS No server. Make sure you are set to DHCP.

Was there any setup software that came with the dsl modem? You might try using that. You could also try deleting any connections you have already. Maybe why its grayed out.

click START, click RUN, type NCPA.CPL
click NETWORK CONNECTIONS
in network connections you should find an option to bring it back.

Also check in services and see if it may be turned off there.
