I want to buy something like this:

ASUS P5B Deluxe
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
512 mb Geil 667mhz
Wester Digital 250Gb SataII 16mb

ASUS EAX1300PRO/TD/256M ATI Radeon X1300 Pro 256Mb DDRAM PCI Express(128bit)TV-OUT S-VHS DVI

OR

ASUS EN7300GS/HTD/128M GF 7300GS 128Mb DDR2 PCI Express (128bit) TV-OUT S-VHS DVI

What do you think about those Video cards. I' not into games, sometimes i'm playing NFS GTA Quake4, with default settings (with my Asus X330). That's what i want to do with the new one.
My available budget is around 100$
So witch one should i choose?
Thanx a lot.
Cheers

I'm not sure what country you're in but if it's available, i'd get one of these:

SAPPHIRE 100162L Radeon X1300XT 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 CrossFire Video Card - Retail

The X1300XT is nothing more than a rebranded X1600pro and it's only $75

I have an agp version of the X1600pro and it is pretty decent but nothing spectacular. I can play Quake 4 on medium settings.

If you want to spend around $100, then you could get a 7600gs here:

eVGA 256-P2-N541-TX Geforce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

which would give some better performance.

But if your stuck between the X1300pro and the 7300gs then the X1300pro would probably be the better choice.

You can check the THG vga charts here: http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics.html

Hope this helps.

you might want to add another 512 ram, with vista coming out soon and all youre going to want it. Plus whith only 512 youre processor will not be able to shine because it is bottlenecked by a very limited amount of ram, so do yourself a favor and upgrade to at least 1gb.

You can be sure i'll do that. But right now i don't have the money
I was thinking to buy 512 now, and in about one month to buy the rest.
I'm from Romania, the prices are a little higher than other places and the payment is not that good :D

For example 512 DDR2 GeIL 667 = 103$
The medium salary? Around 200$/month
