These are themes for Office products - not for Windows. No need to access
these directly. Using one of the Office programs, create a document type
that can use one of the Office themes. Then use that program's tools to
apply the theme. Example: Web page created with Word or Front Page can have
a theme applied to it.
If you have trouble working with the themes when accessing them through a
program's tools, run a repair install on that program using the original
installation media.
