My computer is constantly rebooting itself before it gets to POST. I have removed the BIOS battery and rebooted and replaced it with the same results with or without the battery. I have also removed the connecters of the on/off switch to eliminate a problem with the button on the case. The fans, HDD, CD/DVD all spin up. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Did it just happen at random?? Or where you messing with settings??

It started on random shutdowns then it became every shutdown now I cannot get it to boot up at all. I didn't make any changes to settings prior to the problems.

Psu problem first comes to mind, followed by a bad cpu, then the mobo itself.

Yup, sounds like your PSU is not giving you a good voltage...

Thanks, I will get a new PCU and give feedback. I hope that is all it is.

Looks like it was the PCU. But it looks like my vid card is now on the fritz. It didn't like the power flux it seems. Ah well the system did well for 3 years.
