Connection Skipping?

I have two computers. Both access the internet through Roadrunner and are connected through a Netgear router. Recently the internet connection seems to be "skipping". The connection seems to work fine one second and not work another second.

When I try to open webpages it will either:
-open fine
-a Cannot Find Server page appears (for a site that worked just a second ago)
-it loads for a considerable amount of time and it usually doesnt open

I have trouble downloading things because the downloads never complete.

Ive reinstalled Windows to try to fix this problem, but nothing has changed.

Hey, you seem to be having the same exact problem I'm having. I made a post earlier on this forum about the same exact problem. I'm suffering the same symptoms. Downloads don't complete anymore, I keep getting disconnected from game servers. I keep on getting disconnected from AIM. Ahh! Someone please help us!
