HI guys
im in need of some real help
Im trying to connect my pc to my dbox ( a cable box )
i have bought a Belkin usb network adapter for my pc and a belkin wireless ethernet adapter for my dbox.
i want to set up an ad-hoc network as i dont have a router
but im little lost i know the network settings of my dbox
IP 192.168.1.2
Subnet 255.255.255.0
broadcast 192.168.1.1
gateway 192.168.1.1
DNS 192.168.1.1
but i dont have a clue how to set the rest up
Im thinking it would be the same as setting up an Xbox or playstaion
any help would be great
