I've purchased Windows 7 Ultimate and want to install it on my laptop but have W7 Home Premium on board.
The only way Miceosoft helps is to upgrade by buying it all again but online FROM THEM?!!
How do I get around this stupid monopoly? Surely, if I have a valid key to one of their genuine packs (in a black box) then how can they tell me this is not acceptable and without any suggestions as to how to proceed? All I want to do is use their licenced software that I've bought......!!!!! Any ideas anyone?
