Forum Windows 7 : Drivers [Solved] Windows security center

When downloading games, then installing them, I receive a message telling mE: "The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I click OK. Then try to open the game and I receive the following warning: "This program requires a security key. If you have one, select OK to enter it. After entering a valid key, you will not be prompted again." I don't know what they're asking for.

What sort of games are you downloading and from what site(s)? I ask because some may require that you purchase them or purchase a subscription to the site in question.
