Polaroid HR600SE Ditial to Film Scanner

Does anyone have experience with a Polaroid HR600SE digital scanner to film
printer? I was given this as a gift but have yet to run it.

I specialise in ultra-high resolution macro images on reversal film. These
are scanned at 2,820 dpi (Minolta Dual Scan II) for processing by PhotoShop.
I then wish to scan them back to slides at 4,000 dpi using the HR600SE.

In this way I can compete in the thinly populated slide section of the
local camera club. The print section is the province of a host of
semi-professionals who kill me stone dead in any competition.
