I own a HP Media Center Pc. It came with an X300 SE video card. My soon to be new card will be a Geforce 7600 GT. I was wondering will the card be able to run on my mobo or will it be of a different chipset.

Check if your motherboard supports PCI Express, if not than no it won't work.

So what if the mobo has an ATI chipset, can I still use an Nvidia card and vice versa.
