I have an x1900xtx, x1900crossfire with an a8r32mvp. When I use the CCC my system will freeze during 3dmark06. I have tried pushing it up a little at a time and also using the automated overclock utility. My question is I have pcie frequency, peg link mode, pcie voltage and some other settings in my bios, I was hoping that someone has any suggestions on setting for those. Thank you

Thanks to psychone for working on this when mobo was released. That should get you 2616 on cpu.I would advise you to read a oc guide that can be found on most over clockers forums.I went from memory there, its early here.Have not had my coffee yet.Let us know how it turns out.

:D Thank you so much for your response. It works perfectly. My system is also allot more responsive now. However the ATI CCC will still not overclock. I did some searching and found the forum that you were refering to and I am getting some graphics corruption during the sea monster as well...any ideas?

Espically the graphics memory status...if I raise it at all my system will freeze on the firefly forest. I remember when I used to have just an 1900xtx I could raise both all the way without any problems. I have no idea what could be causing it.

All of the temps are normal and I have a thermaltake 700w psu with a dedicated thermaltake 250w psu for the graphics cards. (ati certified?)

Thanks for any help...

That might be where your problem is. Try plugging the two cards directly into the 700W and try it. It's possible that the 250W unit has enough watts for the two cards, but doesn't push out enough amps on the +12V rail. Besides...that's what the Toughpower unit was made for. Powering a Crossfire system.
