i have a celeron D 3.06 ( 
i know...) running on an asrock775 DUAL-Vsta board and its temps are reading at just under 40C when idle. is this to high? the board is reading at just under 30C, and i have good ventilation. If it is too high is it worth reapplying the heatsink and thermal paste, anyway TY in advance.
