i have tried a sight search on this and nothing came up this is in reguards
to this posting :

application error 0x73dd1351 memory could not be read 0x00000004...
this error message shows up when i try to render with my adobe premiere
6.5... i have been rendering with this rig for quite some time now and no
same problems occur... i tried rebooting and render again but the same thing
happened...and so i thought its a software error some how...i dont know
how... i tried intervideo dvd creator but the same thing happened...this is
real weir...so i thought i had bad rams..which also i doubt because i hade
this 2 months ago....
my system :windows xp sp1 all updates available...i have 512 ddr400 ram
which i ran memtest for 5 hours straight with no errors...my ram cant be
overheating i have copper ram sinks on it with a fan partially blowing over
it...
i would really appreciate the help...thanks have a good day

i,m tottaly baffled on this. thought i had seen a kb artical covering this.
but cannot find it now.
was thinking bad sectors in swap file area??? graspeing for straws . google
showed up lots. but nothing that applied to this one.

I realize you said that you have used the setup "as is" without incident
for quite some time but...Have you checked the Adobe online tech support
area for info on this application error? Do they have any updates available
for your program?

Other thoughts: Has anything changed on the system recently? Updated video
drivers, for example? If yes, try a "driver rollback" or reinstalling the
driver to see if that alleviates the error problem. I ran into a similar
crop of errors on my tablet PC in only some applications. Reinstalling the
wacom pen driver, cleared up those errors.

Another tactic: Perhaps a file is damaged in the Adobe program. An
uninstall/reinstall of that software may be a worthwhile effort.
