CL 4 VS. CL5

Hy people.
pls tell me what's the difference between CL4 & CL5.
so, is CL5 xx% better than CL4?

Very nice post mondoman.

As it is for OCing with DDR 800 (ill take since its generally the most popular):
DDR2 800 CL5 will reach ~410Mhz CL5
DDR2 800 CL4 will reach ~455Mhz CL4 and 533+Mhz CL5
