AMD Athlon X2 AM2 3800+ Voltages

First off I think that this best forum out there...

Now for my question: I just recently built a new Asus M2N-SLI system and for the longest time had noticed that the voltage, as set by auto in the mobo, was always hovering below 1.3V. So I went in and set it at 1.3 in the bios. I know that the processor spec is 1.3 to 1.35 volts. Is it better to keep it at the min. setting 1.3V, mac 1.35V or somewhere in between.

imo, I have discovered that voltages fluctuate, some more than others...
and if that fluctuation is small like +/-0.05volts, than you need to set voltage to 1.40 volts, so that on the low flux you are still maintaining 1.35volts... or whatever your situation is... since instablity can occur during the voltage drop, which is especially true if overclocking...
